Question: How do I install a PMOdocs ADD-IN template .xlam

Answer: There is a video on the support page that walks you through the installation process. Also in your download there is a Word document that also guides you through the installation process for a .xlam file.

Question: What version of Microsoft Excel are PMOdocs Templates compatible with

Answer: All version from Excel 2010 to current

Question: Are PMOdocs templates compatible with Apple Macintosh products

Answer: No, currently we do not support Apple products. This is something we have on the roadmap for the future.

Question: What do I do if I have an issue with a PMOdocs template.

Answer: Us the Contact Us page to provide us with some detail of the current issues and we will provide advise and solution to you within 24hrs

Question: Are you using any of the new 365 features in your templates

No, we are currently not using any of the new features of 365 such as Xlookup or Xmatch and so on. As we believe that the vast majority of user will have various versions of Excel and to ensure we support those versions, PMOdocs is not currently using the newer features. If you require a custom template for yourself or business and most users are 365 users, we will seek your approval to use the new functionality of 365.

Question: Can I get a refund if the functionality in the template I purchased does not work

Answer: Yes, if the template does not work for you, then you can request a refund.

Question: My ADDIn does not work after the first use

Answer: You need to navigate to where you saved the file, once found, you need to right click on the file and select properties and check the box that says Unblock.
